We kindly advise that exchanges are the sole option available; refunds are not permitted for any orders placed. 



Exchanges 

Upon approval of a return request, we will promptly notify you upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Subsequently, should your exchange be approved, we will initiate the exchange process accordingly. Please note that exchanges will be processed within 10 business days. However, processing times may vary, and additional time may be required to finalize the exchange.
